FAQ

Common questions about this program.

Is this bootcamp aligned with PMP or Scrum Master certification?
Yes. This course covers PMBOK domains and Scrum framework concepts required for PMP and CSM exams. We do not administer the exams, but our curriculum prepares you to pass both certifications. You'll gain hands-on Agile and traditional PM skills employers expect.
What happens if I don't have project management experience?
This is an intermediate bootcamp. We assume you've led small projects or coordinated tasks. If you're new to PM entirely, start with our Fundamentals course first. The intensive pace moves quickly through foundational concepts to real-world applications.
How much time do I need to commit per week?
Plan for 8-12 hours per week across 6-10 weeks, including live sessions, readings, and 2-3 hands-on projects. Most working adults complete modules in the evenings and weekends. Your bootcamp access lasts 12 months, so you can pace yourself.
Will I work on real projects during the bootcamp?
Absolutely. You'll complete 3 capstone projects: a Waterfall project plan with budget and risk analysis, a Scrum sprint simulation with retrospective, and a team leadership case study. These go directly into your portfolio.
